Suddenly, I miss it so damn much. I miss sitting there with you, in the middle of the night, waiting for our hair to get dry, talking about everything and anything. Catching up on our lives, getting to know each other better.

Suddenly, I miss sitting there on the steps with you. Holding your hand for the first time, remembering how good it felt, and how we fit. It's almost as if your hand was the one I was meant to hold all along.

Suddenly, I miss how we would talk about everything there. How we wanted to keep our feelings in a box, but we never could because we just were meant to be.

Suddenly, I miss kissing you while sitting on those steps. I miss touching you, being close to you, hearing your accent and your voice, and looking at your smile, while sitting on the steps. There is just something in the way you look at me.

I miss you.
