glorious sun

Sentosa yesterday! the sun was glorious, the sand was perfect, the sea was greenish blue (albeit a little dirty), good company, and it was in all a great day for tanning. however, si and i got a little lazy and piggish and one read, while the other slept until we both forgot about the sun and turned up incredibly red and burnt. so now i look like Faye Wong with s trip of red makeup across the center of her face while si looks very black and unevenly tanned. haha.

The one thing about yesterday that i think i will keep in my mind's 'picture section' was the colour of the sky. it was so blue, so clear, just a few wisps of white clouds floating, and the coconut tree leaves right above me; it seemed very much like a postcard. it made my heart peaceful, it calmed my soul. it felt good. so i want to bring the girlfriend along the next time i go to Sentosa. only because i think the scenery was so beautiful, i want to share it with her.

It was a good day yesterday, with glorious sun. and as i was on my way to Sentosa and while i was tanning, i was planning stuff to do with the girlfriend. and going to Sentosa with her, of course. nothing is ever complete until you go to the beach with your loved ones. at least for me. well, all was good, only thing was the girlfriend was in a little bit of a mood, bad mood due to exams i guess, and nothing could quite cheer her up yesterday. tried, but got scolded. or rather, got talked to strictly.
