so why so wise

It's all mind games.

We all play some part of a stupid mind game.

And you can only believe what you want to believe. Nothing more, nothing less. Even if there is nothing to believe, there would be something there for you to want to believe.

Twists and turns don't result in trust. Trust is a commitment between two people to believe in the other person. Not a commitment for one person to believe one's own mind.

I don't want to bother. After all, I can never change what is already in one's mind. Or heart.

I don't want to fucking care. Why do I bother when the outcome is at a standstill?

I don't fucking care. There is only so much I can do.

So why so wise?

Before the truth goes back into hiding
I want to decide 'cause it's worth deciding
To work on finding something more than this fear
I keep trying to understand this thing and that thing, my fellow man
Wake up, I need to see the daylight
