dreaming dreams

Anyway, beside the point, this is an excerpt of my tuition kid and her conversation with me, while I gave her tuition yesterday afternoon.
Tuition Kid : Teacher, you smell very nice. (moves her chair closer to me)
Me: Ah... ok. Can you please listen to me and tell me why are metals good conductors of heat!
Tuition Kid : Because... (stands up, moves beside me, puts her head closer to mine so our heads are touching, and starts reading from the book) heat can pass through them evry easily.
Me : Ok. Can you please concentrate and stop playing with me! (getting exasperated)
Tuition Kid : Teacher, you smell very nice...
I tell you, at that point of time, I could collapse from exasperation. I wanted her to listen because she was failing all her subjects. After that, anyway, she kept holding on to my hand and refused to let me go home, until i threatened her with no more stickers. The thing that i found quite hilarious and cute was this. Everytime i realised she wasn't listening to me, I would put my finger under her chin to make her listen. When I saw yesterday, that she was imitating me and doing it to her younger sister, I thought it was hilarious!
The girlfriend says that she's in love with me. I think she treats me like her elder sister, since she's the oldest in her family and doesn't have an elder sister. Regardless, it is enjoyable to teach her because she isn't afraid of me, doesn't loathe tuition sessions, and can talk to me.
By the way, darling, she isn't my affair!! I don't have an affair!! :)

hey 'girlfriend'... sorry if i offended ya--i didn't literally mean 'love me' to your girlfriend-- ya know? i have my own--she's yours, trust me. all i'm saying is that i can relate to your girl...nothing else.
hope that's okay with ya. peace and godspeed. :)
sorry for being rude. I wasn't offended over the fact about "love me".
